What are the benefits of engaging in Zikr at bedtime?

A. The dua of such a person would be accepted:

Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “Never could it be that a Muslim falls asleep in the condition of wudhu & while engaged in zikr of Allah, & thereafter wakes up in the dead of the night to ask for any of his worldly or hereafterly needs, & that supplication is rejected”
[Musnad, Vol. 5]

Q2. What 4 actions should be increased in Ramadhaan?

A. (a) The recitation of the kalimah ‘laa ilaaha illallah’

(b) Istighfaar – saying ‘Astaghfirullah’

(d) seeking protection from Jahannum

(By reciting ‘Allahuma innee as’alukal jannah wa a’udhoo bika minan’naar’)

A. The night is mild, as stated by the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم , “The night of power is a mild night neither hot nor cold.” (Ibn Khuzaymah, authentic.

It is a clear night and the stars are visible. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “The night of power is a clear night… as though its moon uncovers the nights’ stars.” (Ibn Hibban)
